Natalia’s Story
“Good health is more than not being ill. For our health to be robust we need to create solid foundations. I put people back in control of their health, strengthening their natural foundations and allowing them to rekindle their energy, resilience and vitality for life.”
My Vision
A fresh approach to chronic health problems.
My Mission
To create robust health and healthy bodily function through treating the individual, not the condition.
A former NHS Finance Manager, I decided to change my career after becoming a mother and desperately trying to find a treatment for my young daughter’s recurring ear infections. After months of broken nights and emergency GP appointments, we visited a herbalist and a personalised herbal medicine returned our lives to normal. I wanted to learn how to make that difference to other people’s lives too.
I went to study for a degree in Herbal Medicine and, after graduating, began practising from Cheshire Natural Health clinic in 2005. In 2015, I went on to complete a Masters degree in Nutritional Therapy to complement my capabilities in herbal medicine and develop a more holistic approach.
During my training, I developed a special interest in migraine, which I suffer from and also runs in my family. I carried out detailed research into the link between diet and migraine and continue to explore this in my work.
I have contributed articles on nutrition to Challenging Migraine, the newsletter for migraine sufferers of the charity Migraine Action, and given talks to groups of patients and health professionals. I teach first year Biomedicine students at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Manchester, and regularly give general interest talks on herbs and healthy eating to local clubs and societies.
My approach is centered around patient needs, with a strong emphasis on understanding what each individual needs and wants from their treatment. I focus on using herbal medicines to target specific symptoms, supported by nutritional therapy to prevent future problems before they arise.

Success Stories
Herbal medicine and nutrition work in many different ways.
Here are just a few:
Managing a Chronic Infection
Wyn, now in his 70’s, had suffered with a chronic ear infection since he was an infant. Antibiotics and other treatments over the years had no impact. Herbal medicines including a myrrh and marigold gargle immediately reduced the itching and other symptoms, which now recur only occasionally.
Calming Psoriasis
Rob’s psoriasis was flaring badly, itching and burning and waking him in the night. Within 3 weeks of starting treatment it had calmed down greatly and he was sleeping much better. Two years on the pain and discomfort are a distant memory.
Reflux Relief
Reflux was causing Ruth severe pain and disturbing her sleep. She struggled to control it with ever-increasing doses of conventional medicines. A tailored herbal medicine plus some dietary changes brought her symptoms under control within a few weeks and achieved lasting relief.
